Last updated September 21, 2026. BidAxis respects the confidentiality of contractor plans, contact details, and bid information.
We collect name, email, phone, company, project details, and files you upload so we can quote and deliver estimating services. Drawings and takeoffs are used only to perform the work you request.
We do not sell personal information. Access is limited to estimators and operations staff working on your file. Payment processors handle card data; we do not store full credit-card numbers on our servers.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your contact records by emailing info@bidaxis.co. Project files may be retained as long as needed for revisions, accounting, and legal obligations.
